We're just doing things a little differently right now. The below is subject to change so please check here for the most current information.

SAFE SHOPPING

  • A face mask or cover is required for anyone over 6 years to enter the store (not provided)
  • Please sanitize hands as you enter the store (provided)
  • We are maintaining social distancing rules therefore capacity will be limited
  • As much as we love having children here playing, at this time they are only permitted as long as they are in a carrier or stroller, or old enough to adhere to strict safety rules. We have also removed all play toys at this time to limit risk of contamination. Thank you for understanding.

 APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR

  • Gear Demo / In-Depth Product "Consultation" (In-store or Virtual)
    • $45 Deposit Required - purchase HERE.
    • You can use this deposit towards your purchase that day, or a gift card for future use.
    • Cancellations with 48 hours notice or more can be rescheduled.
  • Registry Setup - PLEASE give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule
  • Free Car Seat Install - We would like to continue to offer this service to you for free, as babies' safety is important to us. If your car seat install appointment is cancelled without 48 hours notice, there will then be a $30 install fee.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS - Please understand we have limited appointments daily, as well as limited staff, that we bring in for your appointment. When you cancel at the last moment this does impact our ability to serve everyone well during this time.

GENERAL SHOPPING (Not requiring a dedicated staff member)

  • Shop Online
    • Store Pick-Up: Just come on in anyone during business hours after you have been notified via email or text that your order is ready
    • Curbside Pick-Up: Text 503-893-8628 to let us know you are coming (include order name and item) and again when you are about to pull up. Stop in the LEFT lane in front of the store so you are not blocking the street car, and we will run it out to you.
    • Local Delivery: $5 on purchases over $25. (This is only available in select zip codes 97209, 97210, 97211, 97212, 97227, 97232, 97204) Orders will be delivered with 24 hours.
  • In-Store Shopping (the way it use to be . . . almost)
    • Show up: If we're at capacity, just wait in line
