Monte Design - Room of Choice Delivery Upgrade

The Monte Design Room of Choice Delivery Upgrade ensures your chair, sofa, or bed is delivered directly to the room of your choice, with all packaging removed by the delivery team. This upgrade must be added to your order before it ships — it cannot be applied after your order is in transit.

Standard vs. Upgraded Delivery

Standard threshold delivery brings your order to the first covered area of your home — typically a garage, entryway, or covered porch. Due to carrier insurance policies, the driver may not be able to bring your order inside or up stairs, and we recommend having an extra set of hands available to help move your box(es) from the drop point.

The Room of Choice upgrade, available in most areas, takes care of all of that. Your delivery team will bring your order to the specific room you designate, remove all packaging materials, and leave the space clean. Assembly is not included with this service.
