Protect your purchase. This extends additional coverage to purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or theft upon delivery where a signature was not required. We will replace your item within 5 days (pending stock availability) and you will not need to wait for a claim to be investigated or completed, which can take some carriers 3-5 weeks.

This protects you, as well as our small business from fraud and false chargebacks.

If your order does not have extended coverage, we are not responsible for items that are stolen from your property once an item is delivered.

Any lost or damaged item while in transit will be subject to investigation with the shipping carrier first.
