Do you charge sales tax?
NO! Lucky You, there is NO SALES TAX in Oregon!!

FREE Shipping on orders over $175
We offer free shipping on orders over $175 in the continental US ONLY. However, a few of our vendors require that we charge shipping on their products. We charge the very minimum amount agreed upon with that vendor. This means that these particular items shouldn’t be available anywhere else on the web at a better price. If they are though…we will gladly price match. That is the ONLY time that you will see charges for orders over the $175 mark. In Most Cases Furniture cannot be expedited:
Furniture that is in stock may still take two weeks to a month to arrive as most large items are sent via freight truck, which can take longer to get to arrive at its destination. If you have any questions about how your order will be delivered or the timing of shipment of your order please do not hesitate to contact us.

Oversized Items:
Because some large toys, large furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them typically is higher than standard apparel and accessory items. Therefore, these large items may have a delivery surcharge which is applied as "Oversized Freight" charges; "Oversized Freight"" charges are in addition to regular delivery charges and show up within each applicable item on our site. Standard delivery  charges can estimated from your shopping cart and for domestic (USA) orders are expressly stated during the checkout process. Please note that although some of the larger items do appear to contain significant shipping costs, we do our best to only pass a portion of our actual shipping costs onto our customers. Items marked with the Oversized Freight Charges will have these charges clearly defined before you add them to your basket.

Damaged Items:
Be sure to inspect your packages for any damage BEFORE signing for the package. If damage is visible, please refuse the shipment, and ask the driver to note the specific damage and contact customercare@poshbaby.com. We will do our best to arrange immediate shipment of a replacement and/or replacement parts to you as soon as the shipment has been received by us. PLEASE NOTE: Most furniture products are drop-shipped (shipped directly from the manufacturer), the same process will apply to drop shipped items. Please let us know via email at customercare@poshbaby.com or by calling 503-478-POSH (7674) if you have refused a package, so that we can manage the return accordingly with the manufacturer.

Domestic Shipping Policies for Standard Delivery:

When Can You Expect Your Order? Standard shipping times for domestic continental US orders are based on processing time (1-3 days) plus shipping time (2-5 business days from the date your order is shipped). Please note that  for the purpose of calculating total shipping time, we consider the date of purchase to be the following day for any orders received after 12pm Pacific Time / 3pm Eastern Time. These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii or international orders.  International orders depends on how much time the order is in custom's. Please note that customs processing is completely out of our control therefore we can never predict exactly how long it will take for an international order to arrive.

International Shipping Policies for Standard Delivery:

 

When Can You Expect Your Order? Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, and should arrive between 1-4 weeks from the date they were shipped. International orders are substantially dependant on the length of time an order spends within the customs process. Please note that customs processing is completely out of our control therefore we can never predict exactly how long it will take for an international order to arrive. So please be aware that international shipments can take as long as 2-4 weeks.

 

How Are International Shipping Charges Calculated? At this time shipping cannot be calculated until after the order is placed. We will contact you via email with total shipping charges before we ship your order. For larger, bulkier items such as furniture and strollers, there may be an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Shipping charges do not apply to any taxes or import duties that may be incurred.  You are responsible for any and all taxes or import duties that may be incurred. For any possible fees please check with your customs procedures in your country. All international orders will ship USPS Global Priority. Transit time is generally 5 - 7 days, but can vary based on customs processing. We have no control over how long it will take your local customs office to process your order. So please be aware that international shipments can take as long as 2-4 weeks. Please note that not all furniture can be shipped internationally. If you order an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will contact you within 72 hours. But rest assured, if it can be done, we will do it!

 

Is Expedited & Express Delivery Available for International Orders? In some cases we can provide express or expedited shipping which is guaranteed to arrive within a specified number of business days of purchase. PLEASE CALL us M-F 10am to 5pm PST if you would like to request express shipping. Please note that additional charges will be incurred for express shipping.

 

OTHER FAQ:

What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.

 

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we are able to ship the majority of our items to these two states. However, there are some bulky furniture items that cannot be shipped safely to customers in Alaska and Hawaii. In those cases, our customer service will alert you directly and reserves the right to cancel those items in your order. You will not be charged for any item that does not ship to you.

 

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes! We do! Most furniture items cannot be shipped internationally.

 

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes we can. However, there is an additional handling fee of $2.50.

 

Do you offer assembly services for larger items like furniture, strollers, and highchairs?
For customers ordering larger items in the Portland area, local delivery and assembly services may be available. Please call 503-478-7674 for more information.

 

Do you ship gift cards?
Yes, but we can also send “ON-LINE ONLY” Gift cards electronically. This way the recipient won't have to wait for their postal delivery and trees will be spared. However, we also offer the option to purchase physical gift cards for “IN-STORE ONLY” use that can be mailed to customers. Please only use this option if the recipient lives in or visits the Portland, Oregon area. IN-STORE Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online.

 

Are there shipping charges for electronic gift certificates?
Our electronic gift certificates are delivered free of charge to the e-mail address provided within 1 business day, pending order verification and credit approval. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable e-mail address.

VIRTUAL GIFT CERTIFICATES:
When you have purchased your on-line vitual gift certificate, you will be sent an email with a redemption code. When you redeem that code either by clicking on the link in the email sent to you or by keying in the code on the checkout-payment page (or the GC-redemption screen), then you will have GC funds available to you for use in that or future transactions.

You can then USE those funds for yourself, OR you can email them to friend(s) via the links provided automatically in the store. You can email as much as you want, to various people, up to the amount you've purchased. Whoever you email it to will receive a new redemption code and will follow the same redemption process...and they can email the funds again if they wish.

 

Returns & Exchanges:
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you are absolutely delighted with your purchase from POSH. But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return your purchases. Returns + enchanges may be made via mail or at our store, whichever is most convenient for you. See below for additional details. Please note that the only acceptations to our return policy are sale merchandise and special order purchases which are considered final sale; no refunds or credits are available. Please also note that all furniture items are considered special order and as such are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Qualifying Returns of Online Purchases with an original receipt & tags attached up to 20 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). All merchandise must be in saleable condition with tags and packaging intact. We will credit your original method of payment (less shipping charges and overweight surcharges). All On-Line or mailed in returns MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM – NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RA NUMBER + FORM. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges. To make a return or exchange, please email customercare@poshbaby.com for information and to receive and RA number and form. If you no longer have your packing slip, please email us at customercare@poshbaby.com for a copy to be emailed to you.

Qualifying Returns of In-Store Purchases may be made with an original receipt & tags attached up to 10 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit. Any/all available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and are applicable towards store merchandise only.
